Established in 1987, Winters Hill Place is a family-friendly community with a central park area with a playground, a walking trail, and another playground on the south side of the community. The HOA hosts seasonal community gatherings to foster a sense of community connection for anyone who wishes to attend.

Children at Play
A friendly reminder to speak to your children about how to respect the common areas in the neighborhood as well as private properties when they are playing.
Pets
Please be mindful of your neighbors when with your pets. Please do not allow animals to roam on other’s properties. If they are out for a walk, please also make sure to clean up their waste. We have some neighbors who have had free roaming dogs and animal waste in their yard.
Board Meetings:
2025 Board Interest Meeting is scheduled for Thursday Jan 9th 2025 at 7PM. Please join us via Zoom (link found on Facebook group) if you are interested in being a part of the Board!
Additional Board Meeting dates and times will be posted at a later date.
Dues
Just a reminder that HOA dues are due JANUARY 1, 2025. Please review the payment coupons for more information.
You can pay via mail or on our website via PayPal. You can pay in full, semi-annual, or quarterly.
If using PayPal, there is a convenience fee included for each payment.
